Permalink Reply by Jason Silvestri on January 18, 2010 at 10:26pm Hi Dean. Writing a business plan is essential for setting the course of your business (hopefully towards success). Otherwise you're just drifting. A business plan doesn't have to be elaborate, even some outlines will help you, starting with the 5W's, who, why, where, what, when.. and the big H, How. Define your audience, your niche, even your passion... that's part of your plan, why do you want to do what you plan to do, what drives you.. then the business plan will unfold, you will be able to communicate with others, share ideas, ask for advice.. and so on.
