And We are Off!!

Jason Silvestri and Hal Fisher announced on, July 20, 2011, that the utility patents were filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office for the software solution being created called, Toppler™ (codename: hmail). This act re-enforces the provisionary patents filed around this time last year.

Jason Silvestri said on that day, “Today marks a successful day for Toppler™. It is a milestone only, yes, but an achievement none the less. A lot of people don’t actually know what Toppler is, due to the secrecy we had to put around it until we knew our patent architecture was solid. Toppler’s core functionality has only been shared with a small handful of friends, investors, and colleagues. To the rest of the World, however, most people see our NING social network we created (that dances around the idea of Toppler) and think that is it. Not so. Toppler has its own technology. In fact, without a doubt, Toppler will be The World’s First Ever Success Engine™. Social Networking is great and all, but now it is time to start sharing things we achieve and providing resources to people in need, while interacting with our friends and following.
